OEMBackground 값 1로 변경 (dword 32비트)

OEMBackGrounds_On.reg

 

 

배경화면 파일이름 backgroundDefault.jpg  파일위치 : %windir%\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds

(주의 배경화면 파일 용량 200kb 정도의 용량 이상 초과하면 적용되지 않음.)
